Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel Ladder Rack

Tamlex has launched a new Hot Dipped Galvanised (HDG) Steel Ladder Rack System, expanding our cable management range. Designed for strength, durability, and easy installation, the system provides reliable cable support for commercial and industrial environments.

A ladder rack system routes and protects electrical cables throughout a building or plant. Its rung-style design provides strong load capacity and ventilation for large cable bundles. The open design also allows easy access for maintenance and future upgrades.

Two strength options are available:
• Medium Duty: 100mm high, suited to general commercial use
• Heavy Duty: 125mm high, designed for industrial or high-load installations

Each ladder is made from pre-formed steel with fully welded side rails and rungs for rigidity and long service life. All components are hot dip galvanised after fabrication to ensure full HDG protection and corrosion resistance, including in outdoor or harsh conditions.

The modular design with bends, risers, tees, and fixings allows flexible installation. Our ladder is supplied in 3m lengths as standard and tested in line with BS EN 61537:2006.

Compliance and certification
Tamlex Ladder Rack Systems are fully tested and certified to BS EN 61537:2006, covering mechanical load performance, electrical continuity, and corrosion protection.

All hot dip galvanising is carried out to BS EN ISO 1461, ensuring a complete zinc coating both inside and outside the steel profile. These standards guarantee durability, load integrity, and long-term resistance to corrosion in indoor and outdoor environments.
